La Marqueza offers quality traditional Ecuadorian dishes (including cuy!) at a fair price. Though the dining room, with its worn furniture, fake flowers and out of place cabana-style bar is a bit shabby, the quick and cheery service more than makes up for it. Entrees are about $6-7, and you can select from a variety of chicken, pork, steak, soup and seafood options. At $7, the menu del día is a good value, and will get you a small salad, a soup, a generous entrée, plus a dessert. A four man Andean band occasionally stops by to serenade you while you dine.
