Tulcan iglesia catedral
Tulcán is a mere stopover on the way to Colombia; the only sight worth seeing in town is the topiary garden of the cemetery. The pretty colonial white and blue cathedral is worth a very rapid visit if it happens to be on your way, the market as well, and that is about it. If you have a little more time, the ride to the Aguas Hediondas hot springs beyond Tufiño, 40 minutes away, is a nice one, through rolling green mountains.
