Hostería Durán is a suprisingly large hotel and visitor complex with hot springs, restaurant, conference facilities, game room, water slides and more. It is far and away the best place to stay in the tiny town of Baños and stacks up well against hotels in Cuenca, too. Reservations can be made online althrough the Hostería's website is somewhat difficult to use.
