Cuenca's Churches and Cathedrals - Historical Building Cuenca - Ecuador

The streets of historic Cuenca are lined with many interesting colonial churches. While it may be difficult to pay a visit to all of the city's 52 sanctuaries, it's worthwhile to pick out a few to see while there. Two of the most famous, La Inmaculada (the New Cathedral) and El Sagrario (the Old Cathedral), are located opposite each other on either side of Parque Calderón. The other church popular with tourists is Todos Los Santos (All Saints).
