Plaza San Sebastian

Plaza de San Sebastián is a quiet retreat from the city streets and features both the Museo de Arte Moderno and, to the north, Iglesia San Sebastián (Bolívar y Coronel Talbot). The church is best known for its large wooden doorway and for the Cross of San Sebastián, a colonial era tribute to Christianity that also marks the western limit of Cuenca’s historical center.
