Just walking into Sattva feels like a spa treatment in itself. The calming but simple décor of this center creates the perfect environment for the wealth of classes offered.
Many of the classes cannot be found anywhere else in Cuenca. Classes include Yoga (including pre-natal), Capoeira, Tai-Chi, Flexibility and Body Consciousness, Chi-Kung, Meditation and Relaxation, Modern Dance, Hip-Hop, and Ninjitsu.
On nice days, some of the classes are held in parks around the city.
Travel Tips: Call ahead, if you would like to observe a class.
Price Description: Each class has a different price, but they range from $20 and $30 per month.
Open Hours from:9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.-6 p.m.
