Just walking into Sattva feels like a spa treatment. The calming but simple décor of this center is the perfect environment for the wealth of classes the spa offers. Many of the classes cannot be found anywhere else in Cuenca. Classes include: Yoga (including pre-natal), Capoeira, Tai-Chi, Flexibility and Body Consciousness, Chi-Kung, Meditation and Relaxation, Modern Dance, Hip-Hop, and Ninjutsu. On nice days, some of the classes are held in parks around the city.
