Review of Casa Ordonez

My wife and I stayed here for over a week and were treated like family. Casa Ordonez has charming ambiance and a great location to see Cuenca from. Our room was quiet and clean. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The owner spoke perfect english and was always at our disposal. We loved our complimentary breakfasts.

The ONLY Place We'll go Back to!

Everything about Casa Ordonez was exceptional! Alberto and his family treated us as if we were part of their family. Alberto and his sister, Maria, speak fluent English, which is rare at other establishments. The rooms are incredibly clean, quiet and private, hot water, comfortable beds, great water pressure, great healthy breakfasts... it really felt like home. Casa Ordonez is in the heart of Cuenca, close to the central park, museums, cathedrals, great restaurants, markets and more. No complaints about anything!!!   .............U. & F.

Ordonez

This was a wonderful place we stayed for two nights and wished that we had longer to stay. The Ordonez family is wonderful they went out of their way to be helpful. My nine-year-old daughter loved our stay as did my husband and I.

Loved it

We arrived in Casa Ordonez for a long weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful building. Casa Ordonez provides a wonderful place for a the quintessential Cuencan experience. The staff made us feel at home every step of the way. From picking us up at the airport to bringing us popcorn while we watched a movie one evening, we always felt like we at home. I cannot speak highly enough about the attention from the staff or the facilities. This is a great place to explore Cuenca at a great value.
