This is unanimously considered the best place to get ice cream in town. In its central location you can’t miss sampling the dozens of flavors, including many only found in Ecuador. 100%My friends and I were loyal Tutto Freddo customers until someone convinced us to check out Holanda. It didn't have the sundaes we loved at Tutto, but for just a scoop of ice cream, Holanda was wonderful!!!
