This funky German-owned café is a crowd pleaser. Divided into different segments, once seated you can choose anything from a good canelazo, international fare, or a game of Jenga or foosball. It is a place for both Cuencanos and foreigners to relax. During the day it is a pleasant place to have lunch (with good weather try eating in the garden), while at night the bar comes alive accompanied by occasional live music Thursday to Saturday.

This is a really nice place to hang out with friends, to meet other travellers or people from the country. Directly on the side of the historic center.

Fun little place

Wunderbar is located on a staircase. It isn't right downtown, but it's not too far away. They had good happy hour specials and it was just a great place to hang out with friends.
