On the corner of the Parque Principal in Loja is the Municipal Building, a good reference point that offers a wealth of information. There is a public library, which includes a braille library, as well as an iTurs office, which can help you plan your stay in Loja and the surrounding areas. Next to the iTurs office is a beautiful mural of traditional musical life in Loja, painted by Oswaldo Mora, that is definitely worth visiting.
