Located 3km from Podocarpus Nacional Park, Copalinga is a mecca for birders and nature lovers. The hotel is surrounded by a complex network of trails with bird viewing spots. Six cozy cabins house up to 12; four smaller doubles each have private bath, hot showers, and a balcony. There are also more budget “rustic” cabins with bunks and a shared bath. The owners will make you meals in an onsite restaurant and bar, but make reservations ahead of time if you plan to eat.

A hidden paradise near Podocarpus

An excellent place to stay, a paradise for birds and nature lovers. We stayed in a confortable cabin with a big window and woke up every morning to the sound of the birds. If you have any problem the owners, Catherine and Boudewijn are always there to help you.
