A newly opened bakery with a quaint feel, Layseca's is a great place to stop and snack. The Peruvian owner, Leonor, makes you feel right at home, and prides herself on using only organic ingredients. Treats include homemade crepes, waffles, chocolate, cookies, whole grain bread, cakes, marmalade and coffee.

100%These are probably the best cookies that you can find in Ecuador. All made in the "Valley of Longevity", by the husband of Leonor . He is a Belgian chocolatier and cookie manufacturer. He leaves his country to create his own artisanal bakery in Vilcabamba. This is unique in the world !!
