Cultural Things to Do In Ecuador

If you鈥檙e spending a few days in Quito, climb the towers of the La Bas铆lica del Voto Nacional and get a great view of the colonial Centro Historico. Take a trip north to the artisan markets of Otavalo and or head down to the colonial town of Cuenca where you can relax in the Cuenca Central Park under the Abd贸n Calder贸n monument.

The high peaks and gorgeous valleys offer hikers countless trails to explore and the natural wonders of the area are waiting to be explored.
