Building a restaurant/hotel

My husband, who was born in Ecuador, moved to the U.S. when he was 13 years old. He did not return to Ecuador for 41 years. When he returned, he traveled all over Ecuador and fell in love with Mindo. He wants to live there all the time. So we built a house that somehow turned into a restaurant and we rent the rooms while we are not staying in Mindo. We have a 10-year-old daughter who is still in school in the U.S. I love really great coffee and have been roasting my own for about five years now. We bought a roaster in Mindo and are now selling freshly roasted coffee. In a few weeks we will be traveling around Ecuador to find the most delicious coffees in Ecuador.

Travel tips: Bring rain gear it is a cloud forest. It is very lush and bring binoculars to see the birds.
