Radio Stations:

Listening to the radio is very popular in Ecuador, and each town has at least one of their own, local radio stations. Most stations produce a mix of music and conversation. While most are in Spanish, it's possible to find a few in English as well. For top hits in Quito, listen to Los 40s Principales (97.7 FM), or Alfa Radio (98.5 FM); and for local music and adult contemporary themes, listen to Ecuador Inmediato Radio, which is best online. Radio Sucre (www.radiosucre.com.ec) is a national network.
