This bank cashes traveler's checks at a rate of $3 for checks up to $300 in value. For checks higher than $300, a 1% commission is charged.
The ATM accepts all VISA and American Express cards for cash withdrawals. There is a $1.50 charge for using the ATM.

Open Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:00 (only open until 4pm for cashing travelers checks, ATM is 24 hours and is outside, not protected)
