La Floresta
V!VA User‘s Description As the region of Quito east of La Mariscal, La Floresta is more residential but nonetheless offers a wide variety of budget to luxury hotels and many of Quito's best restaurants, cafes and bars. The hub is on 12 de Octubre and Cordero with the World Trade Center, the Swissotel and The Radisson Hotel all in one small block. Another highlight is Quito's only independent movie theater, Ocho y Medio.
