A restaurant of over 37 years of tradition in Quito, La Jaiba offers a fantastic selection of seafood. They claim that their products " yesterday slept in the sea" which seems appropriate as the food was extremely fresh and tasty. Service was attentive and prices for a 2 person meal without wine goes for $25.
