A casual, reasonably price steak restaurant in the Mariscal. Adam's Rib is a popular hub for cheap, big portions and plenty of expats. The New York-born owner, George, speaks Spanish likes a natives and his customers seem to always come back if only just to joke around wit him

The place is known for its BBQ. So, try the baked beans. The BBQ sauce is now for sale. Also, this is a great Sunday brunch option.

Try the great burgers and award winning chili with homemade corn bread. Excellent filet mignon (lomo fino) and sandwiches. Good salads and vegetarian stir fry.

The filet mignon was very good. And his brownies are really tasty! I would go there again for sure! The American owner is very friendly and always told us to walk in the middle of the road at night, so everybody could see us walking and nothing would happen...very sweet of him.

Adam's Ribs is an old standby for great bar-b-que in Quito. There is enough on the menu to go back over and over again and everything is fresh and homemade and delicious. Try the Sunday brunch which includes a Bloody Mary or a Mimosa... the eggs benedict are really good.
