La Choza has all the classic Ecuadorian and Quiteño dishes. It is easy to construct a vegetarian dish with llapingachos (cheesy potato pancakes), mote, tostado (different preparations of Andean corn), cheese-filled empanadas and more. There are also several meat and fish dishes which are excellent. Plan to spend about $10-12 per person.

75%Though the menu is rather short and comprises few international dishes or dishes from other parts of Ecuador, it has very good native dishes from the northern highlands of Ecaudor which include the Quito area. Order the Llapingacho con Fritada nd wash it down with Rosero for a taste of Highland/Ethinc food.
