Traveler Reviews of Trattoria Sole e Luna

Our GO-TO

We love this place. Granted it is right down the street, but we are never disappointed. The service is always excellent, and we think it rivals the best Italian food in the city.
Great indoor atmosphere, and weather permitting it is one of the few places with a full service outdoor patio (heated on chilly evenings).

Great food, arrogant service

This place may be the best italian in town and probably also the emptiest: The interior is great and its a shame that it is usually empty. As I live around the corner, the only reason why am not not going there every day to taste the good stuff is the service. Sometimes the employees just ignore you and all the time they treat you like you are really not worth the trouble. Once the guys even declined us a seat at the window, because it was a table for four people and we were only 2. Did I mention that we were the only ones in the restaurant then (and the next couple of hours?). Well, it's a shame. Such a nice restaurant. So, if you are in for some good old bad service and great food, go there!!
