Casa De La Cultura - Museum Quito - Ecuador

Other than the impressive museum it holds, the Casa de la Cultura has a cinema, various theaters, the Eugenio Espejo national library, a few auditoriums, and a grassy field that usually is a popular spot for schoolchildren to play soccer. The building is dated and is not in the best condition, but the field is a good place to relax on a sunny day. The original Casa de la Cultura, built in 1946, is worth visiting for the murals on its walls by Oswaldo Guayasamín.
