A fine mid-range hotel in a quiet residential area between the north of Quito and the Mariscal and between 6 de Diciembre and Av. Coruña. Rooms are simple, but clean and good value. The inner garden is a nice place to escape the city hustle and bustle. Breakfast is included in the price, and every room has cable TV and a private bathroom. There is shared internet for guests. The friendly staff will also help with private transportation to and from the airport at an extra cost. English is spoken.

Loved this place and it was very cheap ...everything you needed nothing you didnt need. Walking distance to good restaurants pharmacy and shopping. great stay and hub for excursions.
My wife and I were guests here two years ago. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The owner is a charming woman who is knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire staff was very accommodating. The place is in a quiet area of town, walking distance from downtown Quito. The food was good, the coffee really good, and the inner courtyard was just right for morning reading. This was one of the bright spots on our visit to Ecuador. I highly recommend this hotel.
