I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last year. I love the roses in the lobby, the suites are very comfortable, pleasant staff and always enjoyable. This is a great place for business travelers or retirees where you can relax.

Excellent Experience

Very warm people, clean, safe hotel - food is good and suitable for North American travellers (we never got sick from eating in the restaurants).

We have held banquets there and stayed in their rooms - everything went well and they are very generous in their service.

Like most places in Ecuador - they don't proactively offer confirmations of your arrangements - you have to ask for it and then follow up to get it. You might feel worried - but in the end - it all comes out as planned. Communication is not theire strog point - but when you are in front of them - they are clear, responsive, and very service oriented.
