This cozy hostel in the very center of the Mariscal district offers clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. What makes the place unique are the four young siblings, Otavalo natives, who run the hostel. They are always smiling and willing to help their guests in any way they can; they certainly make you feel at home.

The rooms are spread throughout two floors. There is a common room with a TV and a kitchen for guest use. Rooms are available with a private or shared bathroom, the showers all have hot water. Room prices also include an American breakfast. Reception is attended to 24 hours a day and guests, if necessary, can  store their luggage at the hostel.

In addition to attending to their guests' needs at the hostel, the owners also are more than happy to show their country to visitors, whenever they have some free time and the opportunity to travel.

Fab hostal in Mariscal, Quito

The four siblings who run it are really friendly and are likely to invite you out on birthdays or show you their country when they have spare time. They are always cleaning, 24 hour reception, kitchen available to use. I stayed for a month and a half and will be heading back again. Only downside is it can be noisy at nights from the local discos.
