By Margaret Rode

Finding a place to eat is no problem in La Mariscal—it’s deciding where to go that can be a challenge. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty steak, spicy sushi or traditional Ecuadorian fare, this area is prepared to appease your gastronomical cravings. Entrée prices range across the board, as some almuerzos cost less than $2, a delicious burger and fries combo (from G-Spot of course!) runs around $4, and there are plenty of classy spots (La Paella Valenciana, perhaps) geared more toward for the high-end travelers. Either way, La Mariscal's offerings are accessible and abundant, plan to grab a bite here while you're in Quito.
