Azuca, the freshest addition to Plaza El Quinde, is blatantly noticeable from the second you walk down Foch. Decked out in a neon color scheme, the self-dubbed Latin Bistro serves up an eclectic mix of seafood and meat dishes. The “aphrodisiac rice,” is something you should definitely give a try, seeing as it could be the best seafood rice dish to be had so far from the coast. Although the restaurant may not be as crowded as Coffee Tree, the privacy of the booths in the back is a welcome hiding spot from the masses.
