Latitud

Located on the ever popular Plaza Foch, Latitud is also known as “Tapas, quesos y vinos” and is popular with both gringos and Ecuador’s elite set. The deal is this: all the tapas you can eat and all the house wine or beer (or both) that you can drink, for a bargain $12.99. You can pay more and get better brands of wine and beer, but most people don’t. While the tapas are a little dubious at times, no-one cares once the vinos are flowing. There are lots of tables both inside and out, but if you want to be guaranteed to sit inside on a weekend, reserve ahead of time. Open noon-ish until the early hours.

This place is fabulous for spending an evening outside on the plaza people watching, and good value if you plan to stay for few hours and really get enough wine for your buck. Tapas are dec. and the eye candy better...

Drink til you drop!

This place is just crazy. The waiters just keep filling your glass...and you stuff your face like a pig too. Wonderful.
