Go for the, “Todo lo que puede comer,” or “All you can eat” option, for $4.99 (vegetarian, $2.99). For this price you also get a soup or salad starter thrown in. While you’re waiting for the starter, mix and match with the wide array of vegetables, choose chicken or beef and make a salsa from the wide variety of options available. For those not feeling creative, there are also meals on the menu. Cocktails are offered, a bargain a pop at $1. It is worth being patient with the somewhat sullen staff, for the excellent value food. Also, check out the $2.99 set lunch menu, with choice of soup or salad, full-sized entree, and desert and beverage. Mongos can get busy, but usually clears out quickly, so hang around.
