This is a great Tex-Mex restaurant with the best fajitas in Quito and possibly the best margaritas in Ecuador. The flavors and portions are American-style -- that is, full of taste and huge portions for reasonable prices!
All dishes can be served vegetarian.

We have been to Red Hot probably 20 times throughout the last six years and have never had a bad meal. They serve freshly made, from scratch, delicious strawberry margaritas. We can be away for a year and the staff still remembers what we always order. Plates are big enough to share.
Loved the Margarita's and the fajitas are delicious!! Al ittle pricey for the Mariscal...but worth the splurge!!
The margaritas were good, but the food was just so-so, definitely not as good as an average tex-mex restaurant in the States. I had the mixed enchiladas, the sauce was overly sweet and the beans totally bland. I asked my friend how she liked the veggie burrito - she thought it was really good, then clarified that it had no flavor, but she liked the taste of just the veggies. Not bad, but overrated.
I love that place! Excellent food, good music, great tasting food and the margaritas are the best in the city!
great fajitas and the best margaritas in town.
This location has a casual atmosphere, within easy walking distance of the Ecovía (on 6 de Deciembre in Quito). The food was served in large portions, and vegetarian food was available upon request (thankfully!). The food quality and portions were what one might expect in an American establishment, as was the atmosphere (though its atmosphere was of one of the more charming establishments, rather than a large chain). It's certainly worth a stop to check out the food, especially if you're craving something with the standard TexMex flavor.
