A beautiful Swiss-French restaurant with incredible views of the valley and Quito, La Marmite is worth a daytrip from Quito for its gourmet cuisine, tranquil setting and hiking trails. Open Friday - Sunday and holidays for lunch and drinks into the evening. Large groups can make reservations with a week's notice during the week.
