La Marmite - Restaurant Quito - Ecuador

A beautiful Swiss-French restaurant with incredible views of the valley and Quito, La Marmite is worth the day trip from the city just so you can experience the gourmet cuisine, tranquil setting and hiking trails.La Marmite only opens if a reservation has been made at least eight days in advance and is for six to twelve people. The restriction is a shame, as La Marmite is a wonderful place.
