A nice midrange alternative to staying up the road at the pricey Hotel Termales Papallacta, the complex is a cute smaller version of its neighbor up the hill. Double rooms and a small bunkhouse share private pools (though some are still under construction), a Jacuzzi, and a small restaurant with pretty views and set meals featuring fresh trout ($3.50). Super friendly owner happy to tell you about other activities in the area.
