For a truly unique culinary experience, head to La Cueva de Rafa, where diners eat in complete darkness in an underground cave. The idea was born in Switzerland by some young blind people who wanted others to experience eating at a restaurant as they did, and since then, restaurants with the same concept have popped up in locations throughout the world. At La Cueva, all of the food is made with organic home-grown and farm vegetables and is served by blind waiters and waitresses. In addition to fish and meat mains, vegetarian options are available. The restaurant is only open Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m., and reservations are highly advised (Maximum capacity is 20 people). Also, print out the map on their website because it's a little tricky to get there.
