Here you will find two of Quito's most beautiful parks, Parque Carolina and Parque Metropolitana, as well as some of the nicest restaurants, hotels, malls, office buildings and neighborhoods. In contrast with the Centro Histórico, the Norte is very modern and developed, with a strong North American influence.
