Traveler Reviews of Four Points Sheraton Quito

worse atmosphere and attention to detail - should speak English

It was a truly awful experience, service poor (one hour fro room service) - almost no English spoken and surly unhelpful staff - not what I normally expect form the normally exceelent 4 Points in South America

Poor Customer Satisfaction

Well, if I stay in a 4 point/star hotel I think I can expect English speaking reception personnel 24/7 and a functioning telephone line for international calls. Unfortunately this was not the case and although they attended me in a friendly manner I won't book this hotel again.

like if you were a ...

I didn´t like the fact that everybody looks at you as if you were the mistress of the president...employees should speak in english 24/7 and not only during the day.
