While there are hundreds of Panadalerias and Pastelerias in Quito, one of the best fresh baked bread shops in town is Cyrano Bakery. Cyrano offers up more of a gourmet selection than other shops. Savory breads such as whole grain, yucca, quinoa, garlic, herbal foccacia are only some of the bread loaf and roll varieties available.

Cyrano also serves up traditional, no preservative added cinnamon rolls and sweet orange rolls. A selection of scrumptious party-pleasing sized cakes and pies are also on hand, as are the small individual pieces of cake and delicious fruit turnovers.

Excellent Bakery

When I was in Quito there was one by my hotel, and I went nearly every morning to get a pastry or two, so yummy!
