Yanapuma Foundation is a co-operative non-profit organization, driven by the enthusiasm of its national and international staff and volunteers working towards the realization of its vision: marginalized communities achieving equity and well-being, ecological, social and economic sustainability and developing a sense of the uniqueness of their culture, in a global context. The foundation has a great volunteer program called Volunteer Ecuador. It pairs interested volunteers with worthwhile projects from the coast to the Amazon, as well as in and around Quito. It also provides orientation information, on-site support and after-care.
