Great times...
We had some great times with these fellas; good friends, great tours. Rafael is a great scuba instructor and, unlike most dive centers in Galapagos and Ecuador, they do things right! Highly recommended!
A+ service!
EC TRAVEL organized our university field trip. They were in charge from the beginning, arranging our visits to companies and our free day tours. It took us 3 months to plan this trip and Rafael was available 24/7 for all our needs. From all of us 32 students, we thank you guys for the incredible experience!
So much fun...
I never write reviews...but this guys deserve that I spread the word and besides I promised to do so :). Rafael, the owner and Luis his associate are kind and promising young men. They took care of us for a whole month while we were in Ecuador, when on tour and when not on tour. They were available 24/7 for us! Great service and most of all dependable! I recommend this operator for everyone that wants to go to Ecuador and have friends there that help you.

Cultural experience
Me and my wife were in Ecuador for almost 3 months. We used different travel operators from Quito as we really enjoyed travelling in this country, but felt a little unsafe to do it on our own. I can honestly say, I regret not having met Rafael and EC TRAVEL before. We booked our last two tours with them. Otavalo which was one of the most rewarding cultural experiences we had in this country and Puerto Lopez. Their service was impecable, i must say 100% recommendable and serious.
If you travel in small groups it may be somewhat more expensive ($10-$20 USD per PAX) as they do not offer the regular sit and watch tours.

A little out the usual trail, but incredible service
I travelled with EC TRAVEL on September, this guys are the best! We had a handicapped passenger on the tour, and they handled her with so much care that it was never a problem for any of the other tourists on tour. The Otavalo experience was amazing!
I am still in contact with them, even though I am not a customer any more!
