Dive sites in the Galapagos Islands are generally divided into three categories: those you can reach from Puerto Ayora, those you can reach from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, and those sites that are so remote that you need to go on a dive charter to reach them.
Some of the best sites near Puerto Ayora are Seymour and Daphne. If you're in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, you'll find good dive sites at Isla Lobos and Kicker Rock.
