Cachalote - Cruise - Ecuador

The ketch-rigged motor sailor Cachalote has capacity for 16 passengers in eight handsome double bunk cabins decorated in dark teakwood. Each cabin has two porthole windows, private bath, hot water, and air-conditioning.

Other amenities include a large dining room, salon, bar, and three ample wooden decks. The Cachalote was rebuilt and refurbished in 2002 to provide more space and to add modern touches to its Victorian style. The attractive design of the Cachalote, its professional crew, and excellent cuisine produces an ambience that enhances the character of the Enchanted Islands. Snorkeling and scuba-diving equipment is available for a price.

Eight-day cruises depart on Wednesdays for central, southern, and western islands.
