It features eight nicely furnished double cabins, each with private bath, air conditioning, hot water and closet. Family trip on the Athala
I took my wife and two kids (ages 6 and 8) on a trip on the Athala in October 2008 and it was amazing. Excellent guide, really nice staff, tasty food, all was fantastic. It's pricier than a lot of the boats out there, but it was also a lot nicer, and you really do get what you pay for in this case.
