I went on the Darwin with my parents and our extended family. To be totally honest, I traveled as a guest and subsequently didn't know how much we paid for the trip—or how much the Darwin costs in comparison to other boats etc.— so I can't speak to the value for the money, but we all had a terrific time. The guide (Sergio Bazan) was excellent. Made us feel informed, and totally taken care of. The crew was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the entire experience was unforgettable.
