Galápagos Island Visitor Sites

Tourists in the Galapagos will be amazed by the number and variation of visitor sites throughout the archipelago. There are over fifty accessible visitor sites in Galapagos National Park territory, each offering its own unique history, landscape, vegetative characteristics and fauna. And when taken in tandem, visitors can begin to understand the complex evolutionary process that have shaped island biogeography. Most cruise tours visit two island sites and one or two additional snorkel sites per day.

We have divided island and marine visitor sites into four regional categories: northern island sites, central island sites, southern island sites, and western island sites.
