Cueva De Sucre/sucre’s Cave - Other Activity Puerto Villamil - Ecuador

Sucre’s Cave is a lava tunnel located in the agricultural zone of Isabela Island. It’s an interesting cave to explore, but bring your own light. It’s part of the Galapagos National Park, but cruise ships don’t go there, so you’ll have to arrange a day-trip from Puerto Villamil. There is more at the site than just the cave: there is also a cloud forest that the Park Service is in the process of protecting. Sucre’s Cave is often included in Island tours operating out of Puerto Villamil.
