Casa Blanca Hotel

Simple and small but immaculate clean rooms with a fan and air conditioning (no TV), your own bathroom and shower with hot water (the bathroom is usually just a partition of the room but functional). It's in the perfect location and Jackie, the owner, speaks good english and is very helpful and friendly.  It may be slightly over priced compared to local hotels (still an incrdible bargain by North American standards) but worth the extra few dollars for the beach and dock view you get every morning.  You can book by contacting her directly via email.
