I guess I got a little carried @w@y. Someday, somewhere, I hope to live to see the day where people no longer think throwing them in place of every “a” is still clever. It’s a long shot, but a man has to have hope.

Okay, back to Pelik@n Net. This is a lovely little place. It’s well-located, has air conditioning, the people are nice, the prices are competitive, is attached to a phone place where you can call home and the computers are fairly modern. In fact, it would be the perfect internet café (or c@fe) if not for one minor detail: the internet doesn’t work. Well, that’s an exaggeration. Sometimes it works. On some of the computers. Occasionally. When it does work, this is the best place in town to go. It’s just sort of a crapshoot. I spent a week living around the corner, and went there every day, and the internet was running on at least one computer about 65% of the time, so your odds are good.
