The Hotel Lirio del Mar is a decent option for budget travelers. It is a three-story hotel with conspicuous orange walls and a second-floor terrace overlooking Academy Bay. Although its exterior is not lacking for character, the rooms are fairly basic and ordinary. Twenty-four single, double, triple, and quadruple rooms have private hot bath and fans. There is also a small, dark lounge area near reception that has sofas and a television. Its no-frills eccentricity is forgettable but endearing, an overall comfortable choice for an economical price.

Price Description:Most rooms are $15/person, plus 12% (or $16.80). There are a couple of deluxe rooms, which have air conditioning and cable TV: these cost $45, for either one or two people.
