The western islands of Isabela and Fernandina are the least frequented by tourists due to their distance from the main islands. However, if you are lucky to visit these outliers, you will have the rare opportunity to witness volcanology in action, to see the unusual flightless cormorant, and to cross pods of whales and dolphins

The northwestern islands of Wolf are even more remote, so scuba-diving tours here offer an extra-special occasion to experience some of the most abundant and diverse marine life in the world. You also have the best possibility of encountering the big draws, like whales, hammerhead sharks, and whale sharks.
