About 30 minutes from Manta, Crucita boasts a pleasant ribbon of dark sand beach, and a Malecón with plenty of seafood restaurants. Quiet and relaxed during the week, the town atmosphere shifts to slightly noisier and ecstatic on weekends. Massive cliffs and good wind conditions are conducive to airborne activities. As such, Crucita has become a popular place to launch paragliding and kite surfing classes and tours. A lovely place with wonderful sunsets, and a few adrenaline-pumping daytime activities, Crucita grows bigger and better every year.
