Reina del Camino offers the most direct bus service available from Quito to Manabí and Guayas. Choose between clase ejecutivo (first class) and clase económico. First class buses usually offer a snack en route, are usually overnight trips and have strict rules for safety and to limit the noise level; no cell phones are permitted on board, most items are stored underneath the bus and passengers are intimately frisked before boarding.
